ADVENTURE CHALLENGE COURSE

The Adventure
Challenge Course (ACC) offers exhilarating adventures of land, sea, river
and cultural. The ACC is a fun and unique experience for young person who
wants to come into close contact with the outdoor environment and join
with others (youth from Singapore), around the same age, in learning new skills and activities.
Many opportunities are provided to help develop maturity, self-reliance,
self-confidence and individual independence coupled with the
encouragement of teamwork and co-operation.
The course consist of 3-4 expeditions i.e jungle
expedition, river
expedition or sea expedition and final challenge. The operation area covers the Crocker
Range, Kawang Forest Reserved, Papar river and the islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman marine park.
Outward Bound Sabah through its collaboration with Outward Bound Singapore has been offering this course for Singaporean youth since 1995. Every year, approximately 350 Singaporean youth attend this course.
