The Compact Course is designed to enable participants to achieve personal development through a range of powerful and challenging experiences. Expeditions make up a large proportion of the course. The course is based on a principles that through teamwork and shared experiences, the best avenue for conducive learning.

Whilst at the centre base camp, participants will also complete a wide range of stimulating and challenging activities such as Rock Climbing & Abseiling, Giant Ladder (...and many more) and team dynamics exercise. Participants will support and encourage each other, allowing each person to push themselves beyond their perceived limitations.

4 Crocker Range Expedition

Overnight camping

An extended expedition experience drawing on and improving further the strength of the group and their support for each other enabling individuals to push themselves beyond their perceived limits. Pushing individual beyond limits and rational decision making

Develop teamwork, increase leadership skills & decision making skills

Sharing duties and responsibilities about reinforcement of cohesion, respect & concern to others on a simple societal value.
