This is a course for youths who ought to improve their leadership skills. Today's growing in modern era, many challenges are within self of an individual. Youths are confronted with difficult decision such as choosing between right and wrong, caring for themselves in a world full of exploitation and various other challenges. The course is design to foster leadership skills, decision making, independent, self confidence and ability to lead others.

Upon arrival at the school, you'll join a small group of up to 12 others with qualified instructors, ready to take you on an adventure to last a lifetime. This experience brings in metaphor used to reflect on the learning points. Each experience will be carefully reviewed and applied on.

DAY		ACTIVITY	EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE
1	am	Arrival. Ice Breakers Team Dynamics	Generate group spirit, communication and increase group interaction and sharing of ideas. Encourage planning and consensus while working towards a single goal in a creative and fully involved team.
	pm	Initiative Exercise Sea Kayaking Skills Input	Leaders are presented with a task that requires good decision making and creativity. Generate discussion on improvements in the working of the group and allow a progressively better performance.
	eve	Leadership Workshop Expedition preparation	Workshop on various leadership styles.
2	am	Morning Exercise Morning Meeting Jungle Trekking Expedition	First practical leadership expedition involves flexible decision making, development of personal leadership styles.
2	eve	Overnight Camping Debrief	Reinforcement of cohesion, respect, concern for others, care for the environment and practicing simple societal values.
3	am	Exit jungle
	pm	Kayaking Expedition	Self perceived risk and decision making
	eve	Island Overnight Camping
4	am	Sea kayaking back to OBS	Determination, initiatives, self beliefs and responsibilities
	pm	Ropes course
	eve	Solo Night	Reflections on the learning points
5	am	Presentation Final Challenge	A final attempt to practice skills and application of learning points.
5	pm	Course Evaluation Certificate Presentation Course End
