    Check for the following

    • Course Vacancy (if the programme is fully booked)
    • Registration Form
    • Medical Form
    • Parents Consent Form
    • Indemnity Form
  3. Once your participation is confirmed, complete the forms and return them back to us
  4. Pay the course fee
  5. You can contact us anytime if you need assistance
All participants must complete and submit to Outward Bound Sabah a registration form and a medical form. Contact our admission office and our friendly staff will guide you through the process. Much of the programme is outdoor and activity based thus participants should be of good health and a reasonable level of fitness.

Course Fees and Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the course fees is required to confirm a booking. The balance of the fees should be paid on the first day of the programme. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to:-

The course fees include food, accommodation, transport while on the course, specialist safety and camping equipment, delivery by qualified instructors, insurance and a certificate of attendance.

Travel to Outward Bound School are excluded.See U!
