Introduction The year 2010 marks the 25th anniversary of Outward Bound Sabah which was established in Sabah, Malaysia in 1985. In conjunction with its Silver Anniversary, we are pleased to offer the third International "Muhibah" Challenge Programme (IMCPIII). The programme is opened to youths from Malaysia as well as from overseas. The main objective of the programme remains the same, which is to foster the spirit of goodwill and promote understanding among youths. The contents of this 15 days programme have been revamped to make it more exciting, challenging and educational. Participants will be able to see and learn more about Sabah especially the land, its people and their culture and traditions. Combined with elements of challenge which our beautiful land can offer and our 25 years expertise in this field, the programme will be a unique experience for the participants. The past IMCP programme which was held in 2002 and 2008 was proven to be very effective and successful. The past feedbacks were encouraging for us to continue the programme. Our commitment is always to serve the people, to strive for a better place to live in and never yield to any force that will stop us from providing learning experience that will last a lifetime.
